Package Travel Contact Point

Print

All EU Member States have designated central contact points to facilitate the administrative cooperation and supervision of travel organisers operating in different Member States (Article 18 (2) of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements).

In Estonia, the contact point is the Estonian Consumer Protection Board, which provides the contact point of another Member State with the entire information concerning the national requirements for security, the travel companies registered in the register of economic activities and the security providers indicated in their registration data.

If you are from another implementing agency or contact point, read more here.

If you are a traveller or a trader, you can read more about the requirements for travel companies established in Estonia here.
