Package Travel Contact Point

All EU Member States have designated central contact points to facilitate the administrative cooperation and supervision of travel organisers operating in different Member States (Article 18 (2) of Directive (EU) 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements).

In Estonia, the contact point is the Estonian Consumer Protection Board, which makes available to the contact point of another Member State all the necessary information concerning the national requirements for security, the travel undertakings registered in the register of economic activities and the issues of security set out in their register information.

If you are from another enforcement authority or contact point, read more here.

If you are a traveller or a trader, you can read more about the requirements for travel undertakings established in Estonia here.
